Conditions and treatments

Anxiety Disorders

Panic disorder · Obsessive-compulsive disorder

Persistent worry, panic attacks and intrusive thoughts are treatable. We assess what you are experiencing and build a medication plan alongside brief therapy so that daily life feels manageable again.

Depressive Disorders

Major depression · Persistent low mood

Low mood, exhaustion and loss of interest can make even small things feel heavy. We look at the whole picture — sleep, energy, history and what you have already tried — before recommending treatment.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

PTSD · Trauma-related symptoms

Flashbacks, hypervigilance and avoidance after a traumatic event deserve careful, unhurried care. We work at your pace and coordinate with trauma therapists where that supports your recovery.

We are a REMS-certified Spravato treatment center, providing in-office Spravato for patients with treatment-resistant depression. Every session is supervised by our team from start to finish.

Attention Deficit Disorders

ADHD · ADD in adults

Difficulty with focus, follow-through and organisation is common and often missed in adults. We assess carefully and discuss both medication and practical strategies that fit your life.

Mood Disorders

Mood instability and related conditions

When mood swings between extremes, or sits somewhere that does not feel like you, an accurate diagnosis is the first step. We take time to get that right.

Sleep-Wake Disorders

Insomnia and disrupted sleep

Sleep and mental health move together. We treat the sleep problem and the underlying condition side by side, rather than one at the expense of the other.

GeneSight Testing

Pharmacogenomic testing

The GeneSight test report may help you avoid multiple medication trials by providing information about how your genes may affect the way you respond to certain psychiatric medications.
