About Zuri Psychiatric Health
Over ten years of experience, and a simple belief: care works best inside a relationship built on trust.
Our approach
Respectful relationships are our foundation for growth
At Zuri Psychiatric Health we strongly believe in establishing therapeutic and authentic relationships with our patients by providing a safe, confidential and reliable environment.
Maintaining respectful relationships is our foundation for growth. The bulk of our practice focuses on psychiatric medication management.
Research shows that the combination of psychiatric therapy and medication management is often more effective. We provide brief therapy sessions and also work collaboratively with other therapists who provide supportive counseling.
We understand that all patients are different, and provide individualized care, while helping our patients regain and maintain healthy minds.

Individualized care
No two people arrive with the same history. Your plan is built around your needs, your response to treatment and what you want your life to look like.
We work with your team
We collaborate with therapists who provide supportive counseling, and coordinate with your other providers where that helps your care.
Safe and confidential
A reliable, private environment — in the office and on telehealth — so that you can speak freely about what is really going on.
How telehealth works here
- Video conferencing from the safety of your own home
- Scheduled at a time that is convenient for you
- Booked through our easy scheduling platform

Your first visit
What our clients can expect
Upon our first meeting, our clients can expect a warm and inviting environment. Our intake process focuses on getting to know you, to learn about you and your needs.
We are dedicated to giving you a space to come and take time to organize your thoughts, feelings and needs — and to inspire you toward a healthy, fulfilling life.
Meet the team
Care from clinicians who get to know you
Zuri Psychiatric Health is led by Tabby Kinyanjui and supported by a caring clinical team. Team biographies and credentials are being added to this page — in the meantime, we are happy to tell you about the clinician you will be seeing when you call.
Mental health matters
If you have been putting off making the call, this is a good moment. Intake is short, and it is a conversation, not a commitment.
